If you are a really good editor, I will promote you to a mod. That applies to all editors.

Wouldn't you end up with about 10 administrators and moderators? You barely have anything to moderate.

You only have 14 members, most of which contribute to "The Paper", as opposed to simply reading it.

My incentive was my generous nature.

True. A lot of admins seem to use the same excuse to get people over and then don't fulfil promises.

Of course, for a forum of this size and nature it doesn't seem to need more than one or two people "in command".

There is the added bonus though that with multi-admin, one might be able to come up with the perfect background.

The others do get a lot of credit. If I want, I can decide whether people are following what they promised on their apps, and I can also replace certain members who annoy other people. I have a queue of some nice people i'd rather have.

Hmph. I wrote my article the day I decided to. I would have got it in sooner, if it hadn't been for the mix up with who and where to send it in. =/

I'm just saying that if you say you're going to make them all moderators, but only make a few, that's hardly fair. Especially when I don't even remember what article they even did. If anything. In which case, you might as a well make the paper an open thing, and each 'edition', people can send in anything they want to for publication, not just the same people all the time.

Well then why not recruit the people on your "wish list" then?

Since you've already decided who you have working for you aren't good enough, who are therefore consequently wasting their time.
