Sensible suggestions from Ian. As always. I get the impression he should be running this joint.
Just know, Lycan, that if you drop the Tart I promise to make your life a living hell.

Too right. She's your biggest and best asset, Lycan.

I don't mind being dropped.
I've pretty much published what I've written on my own new blogspot anyway. I've been meaning to separate my reviews and the like from my blog for ages. The layout's also waaaaay snazzier than my msnspace.

Re: Talk And more Talk.
Just thought I should quote this in here since the announcements bit is off limits.
Oh and you've made it sound like she's been working for you for about 20 years... You haven't even released an issue yet. Which we're all highly anticipating, I'm sure.
I bet {TP}=Lycan is jumping for joy. It seemed to me he couldn't wait to get rid of her; so he could use his crack team that he has lined up instead.
Redundant?! SHE resigned. You didn't "Let her go."With my deepest regrets and anguish, I have confirmed that she have been made redundant as a staff, with effect from tomorrow, 2 December 2008.
It isn't as if Maus resigning is putting you "out of business". And that whole "dream" lark is a bit too melodramatic to be taken seriously I'm afraid. All this time my dream was to have a forum newspaper, but this dream was not to be. Her resignation has been a very huge blow to us at the board.

Tsk. Steal my comment about the twenty year idea why don't you, Ian? You should be glad I love you or else I'd whack you real hard. With something unclean.

I know, but it sounds more "professional".

Precisely. Do you think I was crying all over my bed when I heard the news? Of course, it's meant to be melodramatic.

Yeah, except if a real professional said that, I'd be less likely to get a job else-where, cause although I quit, you are implying that I was laid off cause I'm useless.
Which I totally am not. I've made two-issues worth of agony aunt blogs in just 1 hour, whilst y'all struggling still to get a two week old one off the ground. Got everything yet?

There isn't a great deal that's professional about what you said, or this whole newspaper thing. It sounded like an obituary.

I am most sorry! ...how unclean?

Very.
And professionalism? This is a paper started by a group of teenagers - there is nothing professional about it. I was laughing the whole time I read the announcement. It just sounds so ridiculous.

You've not read many obituaries that don't go in the back of newspapers then
Mine will be an Epic Poem...

Who are you calling teenagers? The only one here is Lycan and he ain't doing no ****. The Paper is supposed to be out yesterday and I highly doubt he released it. I seriously need to have another meeting.
